Meet Citronella.

Citronella Shampoo & Conditioner is the ideal shampoo for all dogs for bathing during the summer months and especially for those who live or are often active outdoors. With Citronella and Neem essential oils, it contributes to the defense against summer discomforts while at the same time its protective action is enhanced by Eucalyptus, Lavender, Rosemary and Basil essential oils. It contains 40% active Aloe and mild cleansing agents that make it ideal for all coat types. Olive Oil, Panthenol and Vitamin E help strengthen the coat and deeply moisturize the skin. Its softening composition makes combing easier and helps to painlessly remove dead hair.

Combine with Citronella Aromatic Lotion for carefree walks in the countryside.

Using the Shampoos

Citronella shampoo is only suitable for dogs.

Dilution/Economy

Top Dog shampoos are super concentrated and are diluted with lukewarm water. See the dilution guide below for the ratio based on your pet's weight. Add the water first and then the shampoo. Shake gently until the mixture is incorporated. Ideally, we do 2 baths with the diluted shampoo for better cleaning of the coat and skin and for the beneficial ingredients of the shampoo to work.

Note

Diluted products must be discarded after 24 hours if not used. The reason is that diluted products cannot be preserved and microbial growth begins from the moment of dilution with tap water.

Application

Check the water temperature so that it is lukewarm. Apply half the diluted mixture to dry (preferably) hair, massage thoroughly and rinse. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture and rinse with plenty of water.

Using a Conditioner or Mask

After shampooing, it is recommended to use a Top Dog conditioner or mask to help with easy and painless combing after bathing, for intensive nourishment and reconstruction, as well as for holistic care of the hair and skin, as it strengthens the epidermal barrier.

Drying

Remove as much moisture as possible with a towel and finally dry completely with a hairdryer. Do not use very high temperatures and do not have the hairdryer too close to the dog's hair. Offer your dog a quiet corner indoors for a few hours before letting him go outside again.

Citronella Moisturizing Aromatic Lotion to strengthen the defense against summer discomforts and Ear & Skin Care to protect the skin from germs, yeasts, fungi and bacteria.
